Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
- Perishable items (e.g., oils, powders, salts, atta) are eligible for refunds only if reported within 48 hours of delivery due to their natural shelf life.
- Non-perishable items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
- Items on sale or discounted.
Refund Process

- Our team will review and approve eligible requests within 3-5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of replacement, we will ship a new product at no extra cost.
